A bowl of gloriously colourful goodness that actually looks good on your feed – smoothie bowls are the Instagram health nut’s dream.

Now my smoothie bowls usually just consist of a bit of yoghurt, some protein powder, and if I’m organised enough, a handful of berries.

These Insta-food gods and goddesses are taking things to the next level with their superfood-infused bowls of happiness. In fact, these are so pretty I’m not even sure I could bring myself to eat them…
